We can guarantee the products you will find on our site will create a stunning high quality home interior wall panel for you.

We ask that trade customers contact us directly via email to discuss product enquiries. We also recommend trade to view our main website collection www.designer-walls.co.uk here we can offer a larger selection of products which are based on your dimensions. Our Outlet website is mainly to showcase items in which we can offer straight from our showroom or via dropship with a price per sqm (ideal if a project is urgent).

Yes. Please contact us directly before ordering as we may be able to you further discount on selected items by collecting. Please note our showroom is appointment only (and also locked within lockdowns). During lockdowns collection is only allowed from our warehouse entrance.

We aim to send deliveries out as soon as possible to our couriers, orders are typically delivered to customers within a week (under normal circumstances). Each product page gives an estimation on how long a delivery will take. Our wallpaper products are made to order so take longer, after confirming the order, the delivery time for the wallpaper as a guide is 3 weeks (this may be less).

We offer Free UK delivery to UK Postal Zones A & B, areas outside this please send an email to discuss any potential extra charges.

We try to keep our stocks at a reasonable level, but if we are out of stock on a product that you would like to buy, please send us a message and we can look to order this in especially, its usually 2 weeks until back into stock.
If a product was to be discontinued we would remove it from our website. If you do require more of this product at a later date and find it has been discontinued please contact us, we may be able to order the product specially.

With any major debit or credit card and Paypal. There may be instances were the product is bespoke and not listed on the website, in this instance we will quote and require bank transfer.
